When you start up BitPim, go to Edit, Settings
Select the LG 4650 (Verizon)
Click the Browse button next to Ports...this will pop-up a window showing your available and detected ports...find your phone, and select that COM port..it should read something like this:
LG CDMA USB Modem Diagnostic Serial Port Drivers (WDM) (COM11)
Click OK at the bottom of the popped-up window
Click OK at the bottom of the Settings Window

Click on the Ringtones Tab, then the Add icon
Find the mp3s you want to convert/edit as ringtones
Follow the prompts

Do the same for Wallpaper

Click on Data/Send Phone Data, make your Selections, then ZOOM!!!

Word of warning/Disclaimer: if you have any ringtones or pictures already on the phone that you want to keep there, make sure you check the option for Add, not Replace All...I made that mistake the first time, lost all the stuff I had actually been foolish enough to pay for using Axcess Apps

Using the Aud 8900 USB cable I bought on eBay for $5 for my wife's 8910, I pushed mp3s and pictures into my 4750 (yes, it works, just doesn't charge the phone whie it's connected)

Nothing like a little Perfect Circle ringtone to brighten up your day!!

Let me know if you need a driver for the 4750
