Contacts aren't syncing?

Does anyone know what would cause a Blackberry 7290 to stop syncing contacts, while continuing to sync mail and calendar information with a BES?

In this case, what should I do? Should I wipe the handheld and start over, deleting the user from our BES altogether? Or is there a way to force contact (and other for that matter) syncronization?

A number of things can cause this to happen. Try the following:

1. On the berry go into Contacts/Options and ensure Wireless Sync says yes. Try turning this value off, then on
2. From a command prompt run the following commands. Make sure you have exited Outlook and are not running in "cache mode"

Outlook.exe /cleanviews
Outlook.exe /resetfolders

2. Have your BES admin recreate your profile on the BES. Then do a security wipe and re-authorize the Berry with the BES.
