Razr and pic saving/text sending

I just got a razr and when I try to save a pic about 3 out of 5 times it will take a quick shot right after I click "save" so it isnt my pic and its all blurry. Does anyone else have this problem or am I alone on it.

Also, when I go to send a text/pic or any kind of message it gives me an error message and I need to reset the phone to get it to actually send. Any reason its doing this?

Or did I just get a lemon and do I just need to take it back and get a new one?
