V710/Razr MP3's over BT?

I searched through posts for an hour and couldn't find an answer to this so I thought I would just post and ask...
Can the V710 play MP3's over the BT to the Motorola HT820 stereo headset? If it can, how do you get it to do it?
If not then can the Razr do this?
Both of these phones in question are US Cellular branded.
