Uploading ringtones without data cable.

Hello I have an Audiovox 8910 and I am with Alliant in Halifax,Nova scotia.
I have tried many times to upload ringtones I have got from the Internet but to no avail. Whenever I either make a ringtone or get one form a site by "saving as" i always get the same message. First when I go to the link it says this is not trusted and i continue then it says error saving file everythime. Even when i make my own I still get the same messgae of error. When i make my own ringtones i save them as and .mp3 file as a 32kbs file so the size is around 44kb.

Help?
