V710 pc problem.. keeps restarting phone!

Hey ever since day 1 my v710 has been randomly disconnecting itself from my computer mid-transfer. Then the phone restarts itself.. Then sometimes i plug unplug it and plug it back in and it wont even recognize it anymore.. any ideas? Please and thank you.
