Existing Cingular Customer - Want a Treo..

I have a contract with Cingular and I'm not elligable for an upgrade until 8/06, but I'd like to get one of the refurb Treo 650's that they show on cingular.com Is there anyway I can go about getting one? Customer service has been no help. I dont mind extending my contract for another year or two, or getting a different plan, but I dont want to add a line or anything like that.

think you are going to have to hit ebay. doubt they will let you upgrade your phone
