I've done my research and have come up with no positive answer. Has anyone actually attempted to seem edit the V3x to allow 850mhz? My assumption is that the chipset has 850 included but just not abled. 'vodafone' or '3' have restricted that feature.

Has anyone attempted this?

This would make the V3x much much more interesting. Currently its an ugly blue shade without 850... now thats gonna be tough to fix.

I don't think it would be using the same chipset cause it's a 3G phone.

From what I've read... Here and other places... You can't seem edit to activate the 850 band as you can on other Motos...
