If you're thinking about ordering from them don't. The price was too good to be true...Service is really bad. I ordered my phone from them over a week ago for overnight delivery and I still haven't received it. I've been hounding them since monday and they said it was on it's way to me...but guess what...I still haven't receive it and my credit card has been charged the day of the order. I would rather pay a little extra and know what kind of service I'm getting...so much for the BBB logo they have on their site.

well anyways...they finally emailed me my tracking number...but it doesn't work yet...he did apologize for the delay...he said that his supplier ran out and the item was on backorder...should've just said that in the beginning instead of telling me it was going out on tuesday when I called monday. I'll let you know by tomorrow if I get it since it's slated for overnight delivery and he gave me the tracking number yesterday.

so now it's a supplier issue. The tracking number they gave me is not even overnight (double checked with USPS twice)...it's priority mail...dammit I paid for overnight.
Bottom line...only buy from them if you don't care what kind of service you're getting.

so I'm in the process of trying to get the order cancelled...sick of getting the run around. Called him yesterday to tell him the tracking number doesn't work...he had the audacity to tell me to call him back later that afternoon so that he can see what's going on. But at least I got to report them to the BBB.
Found a site that's selling it for $10 more...shipping is a little more expensive too, but it might well be worth it. http://www.1worldgift.com/siems40tribg.html. Thinking about giving them a call.

Their service is great...Put in the order Thursday afternoon and it's already on it's way to me. They also send you a confirmation email with the tracking number on it and they keep track of your order on their website also.

I ordered from them... I got it off ebay... it took about 3 weeks but I'm satisfied... you have to be patient man!

the problem is...i followed up with him a week after I placed my order...he sent me an email saying that the item was on backorder but has just been shipped out to me and here was my tracking number, which was a bogus one.

Anyways, went to 1worldgift.com...it's cost a little more, but the service is great.
