I had the phone in the case and heard a few keys activate from my arm rubbing against it. When I next looked at it, the display was blank but will back light (light blue) when a key is touched. Any ideas? I'd like to try a hard re-set but can't tell how. I've tried pushing the 2 soft keys while pushing the "on" button - but I can't see any prompts to know what to do next to hard re-set it.

Any help is appreciated.
