New Razor V3 problems

I have had my razor for about two weeks and it has been great. It is has been very fast and I've had not trouble till now.(except for the dust in the screen.) Just recently I tried to store some pictures to peoples names. But it said they had to be in your phone book to store the pictures. So I went to the phonebook setup and went to copy, and proceeded to copy all the sim card numbers to the phone, and vice versa. This worked fine, except my phonebook had two of every name listed. Try to fix this I somehow deleted like 30 people from my sim card and my phone book. Is there any way to get those numbers back? Also since I did all this my phone has been slow and laggy.?? Anyone know whats going on? Should I do a master reset??

have you found out if you can recover lost contact entries? I am having the same problem. please let me know.

To do all the extras: i.e. photos, special ringtones per person/group, etc. you need to save to "phone" rather than "sim".

Duplicate names? Not sure...do you have Joe Home and Joe Cell numbers? Maybe you should name them as such.

Lost entries are gone forever if they are saved to phone. If they are still on the SIM which they wouldn't be if you are doing the extras then you can retrieve them. That why you should have had a hard copy somewhere or ideally use Motorola Mobile Phone Tools Software. (Search info on Motorola Mobile Tools "MPT").
