Thank you for your help...

1) When I send e-mail using my Treo, the messages do not show up in the sent folder...the inbox and deleted folders do show messages. (Using Wireless Sync.)

2) All e-mail attachments seem to be automatically removed. I'd like to receive attachments such as PDF and Word documents.

those both sound like options within versamail if thats what you're using...why dont you go into your "account setup" menu or possibly look within the program for a type of options menu..im pretty sure i remember seeing the attachment option in there

I'm not using VM...just the standard wireless sync program that came standard with the Treo. Thanks

Dont know about the sent box problem but wireless sync wont let you download attatchments. try using snappermail or versamail. I personally use versamail and it's very easy to setup and use.
