Newbie - v360 adding Italian iTap - possible?

Quick question; I've got a v360v which was bought in Greece and has 0331 language pack: the menus can be in English, Italian and a bunch of other Eastern European languages.

When in messaging I can select English and Greek iTap which is fine. But... there's no option to select Italian which would be really useful for me.

Is there a (simple) way to add Italian to the iTap options so I can use it in messaging?
