Not receiving e-mail!??! Help!!

Alright so my SKII was stuck in 2-3 dot hell...soft reset did nothing, hard reset worked....all my **** is still there, but when ai press the Menu + U button, nothing happens, usually a message came up saying "Gettin new emails" or whatever it said, now nothing happens!! Please help!

It's a tmo and danger integration problem.. called customer service they are working on it presently.. be patient...

but what does that have to do with the message showing up on the sidekick? shouldnt that atleast show the message "retreiving email" and then give an error? the message just doesn't even show up

Give it time to load your data... You did a soft reset, it takes time to recieve all your data back.
