I plan is no roaming and no long distance so in reality its not big deal. However I would prefer that it was not there. When I search for networks it finds two, both cingular, one that I believe shares a tower with t-mobile and another. I have tried to register them both and I get the roaming light. I let the phone search on it own setting it to auto and I still get the roaming light. I called cingular and they said they had no idea. So I come to you good people, does anybody have any idea why this is happening?

I don't really know if this is the best network order for SoCal or not. I had LOTS of problems with my V551 dropping calls, even though now my V3i, with the same settings, seems much more reliable. |
