Last night during work, I was pulled over for speeding and got a ticket for doin 85 in a 60 km/h zone. The vehicle I was driving is under the company I work for (chev impala)... I was just wondering if this would affect the companies CVOR, or if it will show on the companies record?

Thanks,

It'll go under your license. It'd the same ideas as if you got a ticket while driving a rental.

company wont be affected... ticket affects ur driver lic.....

ur company will be fine...but u ain't...

its only parking tickets that the company will be involved in, any moving violations is the drivers fault.

Except for red light cameras not sure how that works.

That's a relief. I intend on fighting this ticket in court too. I thought if the company would find out, that I'd get fired or a warning of some sort. Anyways, how long does it usually take to get a trial date?
