Life in C&A

Hey to all Cingular Workers and Users.I work in a call center as a C&A rep (credit and activations) for 6 months now. It's an ok job. Took me a while to get use to but not impossible to do. The systems aren't too bad, only when I get stupid errors and such. Anyone has experience in C&A?
