PINK RAZR - voice call function broken

I recently bought and received a new PINK RAZR on eBay and for the most part everything is working great, EXCEPT the voice call button on the right of the phone. You can see that one side of it goes down, the other size of the button appears stuck, doesn't go up/down, and does not go into voice call function. I'm am real hesitatant about trying to open this phone and fixing it myself, sooooo I am looking for alternate suggestions? I hate to loose out of any of this cell phone's features. Hummm, also wondering, if I add Bluetooth for earphone functions, I'm wondering if that'll work???? NOT that I ever want to give up the button function. Thank you very much.

Honest, the PINK one is for a "friend" of mine, honest!

I took it to a technician in the Shopping Mall who after reassuring me he was familiar with taking the V3 apart and putting it back together, I allowed him to do so. As I tried to watch from over his shoulder, the button was somehow in a stuck position under the housing. Once he took the phone apart, (the top portion), he took the button off, played with a screwdriver, tapping the tiny thing under the button, it started to click, making the quiet sound it makes. He put the button back on correctly, put the housing back on nicely and all is working just great now. He thinks that the casing has been taken off before and when someone put it back together didn't put that right hand side, voice call button in correctly. He also said the pink shades, front and back or front and lower back, are different.
Humm, and this was bought on eBay listed as BRAND NEW.
Oh well, it's fine now.
Just thought I'd let you guys know the result on this problem.
