Motorola V188 "Call Failed"

I sold my friend my old Moto V188.
He has T-Mo, I have T-Mo.
One day he's using it and it drops the call.
Now he can't get incoming/outgoing calls/text.
I stuck my SIM in too so it must be the phone.
CS was no help.
Anyone have this problem?

thats exactly what happened to my rokr and i sent it into motorola repair center now. it mihgt have something to do with software.

Alright, thanks, I'm taking it to T-Mo tomorrow.
I still have the reciept so I guess they can advise next.
