This is the title for this forum:
Agents and employees
Discuss your experiences about working for Cingular here.
Please allow these members to have this forum to do just that, discuss their experiences related to their employment. If you have a question or topic you would like to discuss and receive feedback on from an employee, please post your thread in the main forum or phone sub-forum and specify that you would like their input. Employees and agents read the main forum as well so rest assure that your topic will be viewed by members and employees alike.
Please do not post question threads for Agents or Employees in this forum as they will be closed.
To Employees: Please be willing to help other members when possible in the main and Cingular phone forums. It might be frustrating at times to see the same topic mentioned over and over again but its the case with every forum. Telling other members to "just search" or "its been covered XXXX times" carries a lot more weight when a link to such discussion or topic is posted along with it. In all sincerity though, thanks for all the help and information you provide and please continue the good work!

Further clarification:
Everyone is allowed to post in this forum, regardless if their employees or not as long as the posts are respectable to one another. The only type of thread that is not allowed is customers asking direct questions of employees as these threads are more appropriate in the main forum. If we were to lock this forum from other members who are not employees, then in all fairness we would then have to have a "customer only" forum where employees were locked out of. This idea and type of forum micro-moderation is just not going to happen and it's unecessary. The reason this forum was created was not in the interest of segregation, but more of organization.
I will say this though. Customers that wish to contribute to the threads need understand that the nature of their posts are going to be taken in somewhat of a different context than if they were posting in the main or rants forum. This place is akin to an employee break room, so when someone comes in here are asks "what is APRU and how should I as a customer care?" no one in here is obligated to give you an answer, or even care insomuch as a customer would be coming into your break room and asking you why they should care about the product/service you sell. I'm going to lock down a post faster if someone rips on employees here, and vice versa if someone start a "dumb customer moments" in the main forum. Both are appropriate in their respective forums, but in the wrong forum it appears as though your looking for trouble, and thats when I get involved.
If you question the appropriateness of a post/thread...REPORT IT. Its not the place of members to ask employment verification questions of one another.
Just be cool to each other, its not that difficult.
