Dose anyone know how we ended up in 4th Quarter??
i can only imagine the amount of pressure if Verizon had a strong 4th Quarter......
Dose anyone think there should be strong changes in upper managment???
I mean ever since the whole new voice mail thing i see customers come in to my store not only to complain how horrible the new VM is.... but also they dont get their voicemail until 2 days later.... and not to mention how horrible our network is in southern california..... i think its time they made team changes.... but then again thats just me
