Hiya,

I bought this phone and have found it very difficult to get help on it. Since it is not a North American release Motorola US/Canada does not have the proper operating guide.

I am having problems with the Bluetooth. It keeps 'disconnecting' from the bluetooth device even though I have set it to 'lock'. Also, I bought a Bluetooth LCD remote that lets you pick up or decline calls without picking up your phone. It has caller display and voice dialing features which I can't use for some reason with the A768i. My friend has a RAZR and we tried my remote with it. The bluetooth function works fine and I can view the caller display and make voice dialed calls!

Anyone know why that is? I think they run on the same Bluetooth software so why is one phone (RAZR) able to send the caller information to my bluetooth remote and not my A768i?
