V600 Screen Problem

Well, I just got a used V600 (TMO Branded)... The lady that gave it to me said that theres a problem with the screen. Well the problem is that certain sections of the screen are wigly... Anyone know of any ideas on how to fix it?? It's only the bottom portion of the screen. I also think it might be a software problem because its lagging very bad and takes like 1 minutes to open up the menu...
