e398 reset problem...please help!!!

i have a friend with a e398 that resets all the time(5-6 times per hour)..so i flashed it to i398 but with no results.in fact now i flashed it 2 rokr viper and it resets when i use video camera(frequently).or it crashes when navigating the menu..what should i do?plz hlp
