one of the new guys was using an ex employees login so he activated under ex employees name/cuid.

guy doesnt have yet his stuff, so the acts were supposed to go to me.

do i ask my manager or what?

yup you need to tell your manager to do a comp code change.... its pretty fast they do it through some website

CARE allows commission changes to be done by the average joe, but DO NOT do it 'cause you'll get in deep do-do. Any manager worth his/her salt will set the commision right by the reps, just ask him/her. Also, doesn't the trainee get "training pay?"

Very possible just let you manager know. I just had 12 MediaNet unlimited plans removed from a business account I deal with cause CC was doing troulbeshooting on one of the phones...so they removed them all. I just dont get upset over it anymore I just go through my manager and get them but into my dealer. Works every time.
