People started off at $11 at my call center and we're former blue. I know that a lot of people who started way before me started off that high, but it dropped. , You may not have to pay dues. I know that I don't have to pay them in order to be covered by the cwa contract or to have a union rep at hand when I need one. Of course, I live in a right to work state.

From what I was told by a manager, that there will be caps on what one earns. So, if you have hit the cap for your years of service, it maybe a year before you could receive a raise according to the cwa contract. I really need to find my union contract and read it, or get another copy and then read it. Depending in what state you live, state of confusion or the likes don't count , You may not have to pay dues. I know that I don't have to pay them in order to be covered by the cwa contract or to have a union rep at hand when I need one. Of course, I live in a right to work state. |
