V635 Battery Cover

Okay, I think there might be something wrong here, but mine comes off fairly easily.
It vibrates, it sometimes comes off.
Connecting it to a data cable or charger instantly makes it falling off...
Is there an issue with this, or an easy/quick mod to preform to make it click in better?

the metal is thin enough to bend it back into shape.

But there is the problem of it coming off while charging...
Plus its brand new... I don't see it bent out of shape at all...
