Moto V325: MP3 Ringtone Capable?

Anyone know if the VZW V325 is MP3 ringtone capable? Reviews state it is, but the question is, how do I make mp3 ringtones and transfer them to the phone? What cable or software is required? I dont believe sound attachments to txt msgs work any longer, thanks to VZW filtering them.

I have the same question, and I believe its answered elsewhere.
I've got a USB Cable that fits and Motorola Phone Tools 4.0. But im new to this whole cell-phone buisness.

Please search the Verizon Moto section here for V325.. you will find quite a few threads discussing this... and how you can use "Mp3 style" ring tones, and MPT with your phone.
