Looking to buy NEC L1, checked the reviews, not sure if it can use mp3 as ringtones.

Here is 3Gs review and they say it supports MP3 ringtones.

I currently own a NEC L1.
It does take mp3s, but it only have about 27mb of memory.
The speaker is pretty good for a 12mm phone! The headset sound even better!
