v551: Dell 6000 Bluetooth (Toshiba Stack) can't receive photos

I have a v551 and a Dell Inspiron 6000 with Bluetooth. I'm using the Toshiba Bluetooth stack and I can send files to the phone from my Dell, but there doesn't seem to be any way for me to pull photos off my phone from my laptop.
Someone please tell me I don't have to go get MPT.
