P800 Pc-Suite problem

Hallo all..
I have a strange problem with the Cd "Pc-Suite" that came with the P800. It should install different Languages to the PC and than with included program i should be able to upload the language to the P800....but... "here come the problem" this program is unable to find the languages files and on the PC thare isn't any file (anywhere). Do you any clue?
Does someone have the Italian language File to send to me?
