blue vs orange?

Has anybody noticed a difference between blue cust care and warranty compared to oranges? In this past year we have heard a lot more complaints of custs being hung up on by orange care than we ever did with blue. Also it seems like a couple times a mth we get customer coming in who did a warranty exchange and they were sent a defective phone. Why is this happening, we get yelled enough by customers now and it's just more bs with them going thru warranty and getting defective phones. I would be an irate cust also especialy if their phone doesn't work and not something like thier screen going out. Argh! I don't understand.......

I notice that they are getting defective phones, but not as a blue v orange thing. I remember the blue days where the Care reps would not even tell us their names and would hang up on us. Overall I would say it has improved, but still has some issues. Whenever I get one who gets too pushy, I just end the call, call back and then fill out the report on the one who wouldn't help. We even had a care rep call back to yell at the rep, who was totally in the right and had witnesses. :-(
