v710 can't get ringtones off pc

hi there, i have a moto v710 with a usb data cable, using mobile phone tools i can't get into the media part of phone tools to download ringtones and wallpaper to my phone hell i can't even find the media part except in the help folder. any help would be appreciated thanks in advance.
