KX18 issues

I deleted two files from my KX18 aka Jet phone without backing them up (I know, stupid of me). I And I think they might be the reason I am having problems, so if someone could PLEASE send me the power plugged in and power unplugged sound (i dont remember their exact names but it had to do with the power cord being inserted and removed, fairly easy to tell from the other sound files) I would really appreciate it. I removed them because I got sick of having to hear a sound everytime I plugged it in to the charger or my computer and then having to hear a sound when I unplugged it, but I can deal with it if I can get ahold of the files again. Thank you.
