Does anyone remember where I can find the ringtone which is the sound of an old fashioned ringer telephone?
I saw it posted last summer but can't find it now.
If anyone can, please post or PM.
Thanks

True to life and high quality recording of genuine Bell System Ringer Model 687A (8/70) made by Western Electric. http://freesound.iua.upf.edu/sample...le.php?id=20069
Regular old Bell rotary desk telephone ringer recording http://freesound.iua.upf.edu/downlo...lephonering.wav
both are licensed under a Creative Commons Sampling Plus 1.0 License and you may need to register to be able to download
very nostalgic and nice!!!

Thanks. I'll give them a look. I ending up downloading an mp3 of a telephone ringing sound effect, processing it through audacity, and finishing up with a 29 second mp3 that I use as the ring tone. Not perfect but it works.
