as the title stated, is there any way you could use the bluetooth from a razr (when connected to a pc via usb) to transfer files from your computer to another bluetooth device? everywhere ive gone bt dongles cost around 50$, and i have completley lost faith in buying online so that isnt even an option at this point.

i guess i could take the files, xfer them to my v3 then move them via bt to the device, but at about 7 mbs of storage it would take a lot of time, and there would be a limit to what i could transfer.

is there any way i could possibly do it?

Uh, no.

And FYI, BT USB dongles cost around $10-$20. Try looking at fatwallet.com, deals for them are posted all the time, like this one:
