P2K file manager cant retrieve file list

I am trying to mod my Verizon V3c. I have installed MPT and PST (though I can't get phone info in PST, "unable to determine the number of NAMS in the phone"). I installed the P2K drivers.
When I try to list files in P2K file manager I get "Receiving file list...FileList entry size invalid! Fail!". The phone will suspend and restart just fine, but I can't get the file list. I have transferred photos and mp3s using MPT and that works fine.
Any ideas?
