Converting blue accouts to tellegence

I know our market is going to be converting the blue accoutns to tellegence. I know some markets have done this already. was it pretty smooth transaction or should we expect a headache?

Incredible headaches, there were a lot of unforeseen errors that caused errors upgrading customers to Cingular and even performing things like feature changes. I don't want to go into details about proprietary systems, but it wasn't smooth at all. I'm a conversion rep, by the way.

Let's just say that there are going to b many unhappy people in the ARK market. Supposedly, the have caught most of the accounts that were billed prior to 1/6/06, but we'll see.

Apparently now there's accounts being converted to CARE, the problem is, reps are seeing converted on the account and immediately calling us. We can't touch the accounts either, very frustrating.
