Lockline on 6682

Has anyone had success getting Lockline to replace their 6682 with another 6682? I tried to do a claim about a week ago and they wanted to replace mine with either a w600 or v557 which are definetly not comparable phones.

they told me they were out of the 6682s. But some say they got theirs replaced. I am not sure whats going on. Perhaps they ran out and are getting more? Or will cing offer this one on XBM?
