Rokr Freezes when i try to type letters

When i go to type a text message or type a name in the phone book to save numbers, or even write a memo my phone freezes instantly when i pust a letter button. Then i have to hold down the power button for up to 20 seconds for it to restart. Any Help?

it's really weird. so im very limited on what i can do with my phone. i've tried master restart and that doesn't work. and taking out the battery and sim card and putting it back in..

is ur phone cingular branded.. did u mod any thing to the phone??

your iTap_user_dictionary is corrupt
replace it with a backup if you have one.

no...i have a cingular sim card. but is an unbranded phone..got it straight from motorola...

you can put it in a/. just change the attribute , so you do not delete it when ever you do a master clear.

Same problem here as first post, but don't know where c/ is and how to get to it. Could someone please explain what to do with the zip file to fix this annoying, frustrating problem?

I have the same exact problem,
and I don't know what I'm doing at all
so if someone could please help me out,
I really need it
