i730 text problems

I just recently bought an i 265 which is a nice phone but I have a i730 too but it is turned off. I took the sim card from the 265 and placed it in my 730 all features of phone work fine except for text messaging. the old way you had to go through the net now text messaging is in your message center on my 265 but i dont have text in message center on my 730. can someone tell me what's the deal.

You can send texts directly from your phone book with the 265. You go to message center and just create message and enter the phone number or scroll through the contacts. Text on the 265 is way better than on the i730. Hope this helps.

if its is an older 730 sms mms isn't enabled have to use the net maybe ill be of help
