hey guys i went to an interview today... did well .. was asked by the store manager on whether I have filled out an employment application online... I told her nothing apart from the resume that I submitted. She stated I would need to go online and fill out the employment application which would be forwarded to a recruiter for background check, etc. Now I am at a dilemma, I was never originally contacted by a recruiter but directly by the store manager for an interview. So I have no password (presumably if I need one) or a URL where this mysterious application is. Is this openly available or do I need a password. Could someone please direct me on what to do next. Thank You guys!

Find a number for HR and contact them or call the manager back and ask him

They mean for you to find your job here http://careers.peopleclick.com/clie...s/jobsearch.asp and apply for that job posting directly.

Just call the Sales Manager back. He/she is talking about the official Cingular application. It is generally sent after an interview if they are interested. The URL changes frequently to avoid it being passed around and any ole body filling it. The manager should get the link from HR and fwd to you.
