HELP!!! My V3 RAZR dont work!

I power it up and all it says is "Contact Service Provider" What does that mean?!? I also flashed it with cingular software and it still says the same thing... help guys! THANKS!

Try reseating the SIM card....

Because its locked to a service provider....you need to unlock it....
