Rokr ringtone problem

I just bought the rokr and have no problems setting up and getting mp3s.
But i cant for the life of me get a mp3 from my playlist to set as my ringtone.Can this be done ? ..

If You Have Downloaded it On To Your T/Flash Card rather than upload it with Itunes, If You Select Multimedia/Sounds and then press the Menu key You Can Switch Storage Device and Then Copy It To Your Phone.Then you Should Be Able To Set It As your Ringtone.

Thanks this works .First time ive bothereed going to a somewhat modern phone and playing about with the capabilitys .Can be confusing i tunes software is a pain trying to get playlists in order getting there tho.
