Cingular 8125 or Qtek 9100

I have been contemplating upgrading my MPx220 to either the 8125 or the Qtek 9100. I do not qualify for an upgrade, so the 8125 will cost me $450 ($500-$50 MIR), as quoted by my local Cingular Store. However, they will require the move to the PDA data plan ($50 monthly).
Or, I can go with the Qtek from MMB for $629, but upgrade my current data plan to the mediaworks unlimited. ($20 monthly)
My concerns are:
1) Support and Cingular network compatibility (seamless functionality and integration) for the Qtek. I know I will have to set up settings manually.
2) Cingular crippling of the 8125.
3) Build quality/durability of each.
4) Accessory availability of each. (Holsters, car holders, US compatible chargers, etc.) I know they should be just about identical, but I'm not sure that accessories will overlap.
I would appreciate any feedback from people contemplating the same decision, or those that have already made the choice and could share their experience to date.
Thanks in advance.

I got the 9100 because I don't like having the branded firmware, but then again I could have just waited for teh 8125 and flashed it to another rom. Again however, I'd probably lose cingular support! Oh and those who bought the 9100 and had hardware problems have used their 2 year warranty to get new 9100's, so if my 9100 starts to head downhill I'll be sending it in for repair or a new one.
