Xilisoft : Dvd to 3GP or DVD Ripper Platinum - anyone get these to work??

I have tried the DVD to 3GP on three different Xp machines- it read one dvd one time. all other times it hangs when trying to read the dvd. It gives an error about using another player to eject and reload the dvd. Done that several times. same error comes up.
sometimes, i just click the Yes to Continue over and over. it then starts to list files on the dvd, then hangs (Not Responsive in Task Manager.)

all 3 PCs have different programs on them (mine, wife's , teen's), so not a common makeup thast causing it.
anybody have this problem and get it solved?

oh- please save the "do a search" posts- i did search.

Dvd Ripper platinum edition 4 , works perfectly with winxp,use it for my phone and psp.

well, hangs perfectly on 4 pcs with xppro for us.
each one is different user with different apps.
so , not carbon-copy office PCs.

tech support just emails back the same go-through-the-motions questions and stopped replying when those were exhausted.

yes. It read one DVD one time on one of the PCs. #1 DVD Ripper has no trouble, but want the one-step Xilisoft solution.

i have the full version of ImToo DVD to 3gP converter, it's the same exact program (literaly) as the xilisoft, just has a dif name

it works fine for me

I have the xilosoft dvd to 3gp running windows xp and It has worked perfectly from the start.
