Motorola V3 dead?

My Motorola V3 doesn't work! I flashed my with a Monster Pack, an now It doesn't work! When I start it, it says:

When I connect it to computer, it restart and the keypad backlight starts to blink. Help me!

That flash is too old for the bootloader...
Try flashing 42.0ER to your phone...
Its on my site below...
Start phone in bootloader ...then flash.
