Motorola rokr freezing

my phone keeps freezing when i pop up the camera and video camera, it doesnt happen all the time but when it does, i have to take out the battery and turn it on again. its annoying I want to know if anyone else has this problem or what can I do to fix it. can anyone help me. I tried looking for someone that has already posted something like this but I couldnt find anything.

the software is r373_g_oe.30.42r. Is it because I have old software that the camera freezes? if so where can I get the new software and how do I update it.
