Is there a way to delete all contacts on the Phone or Sim or copy all contacts to the sim like in the t68?

I have another issue. Coming from a t68, when I copied the names to the sim, the names were like John/M for mobile and John/H for home. When I copied them to the P800, I painstakingly sorted each number to each name. However, when I receive a message, the name John/M still pops up. The only way I can remove this is when I delete "John/M" from my sim. Is there any way around this?
