IPaq hw 6515 radio problems

I have been having a problem with the radio on the hw6515. It keeps giving me a "no service" indication. Anybody else having this problem? I believe the ROM version is 1.12 WWE.

Any help is appreciated.

Do you have a 32k, 64k or 3G UICC card?

64k sim card. The sim card works fine in my v551.

More info to help:

Just to get past the starting questions:
1. I am not in "Flight Mode".

2. It is not just one cell. I have traveled through three states and on my v551 I has 4 bars 2" from my hw6515.

3. I have done 3 hard resets on the hw6515. Set everything to default or automatic.

4. GPRS and GSM both will not get a signal.

5. It happens randomly.

6. This is not my first windows PDA or Smartphone.

At this point I think I have a lemon. And I am at a loss. Any help is truly appreciated.

At this point, considering your info above, I would call for a warranty replacement. They should send one out tomorrow for you.

Agreed...it does sound like maybe part of the connectors on the antenna may not be connected right or could be falling out of place. Get it exchanged.

Thanks... It is what I have been thinking. I will be back home tomorrow and wil exchange it at my local store. They are very helpful there.
